• Login credentials (email and password)

b. Location Information

We collect precise location data to enable check-in functionality. Location may be accessed periodically in the background to verify whether users remain within assigned geofenced areas. Location data is processed for validation and is not continuously stored.

c. Device Information

• Device name
• Device identifier (Device ID)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token

d. Uploaded Content

• Images uploaded by users (e.g., organization images)
• Files uploaded for bulk import (processed but not stored)
• User-generated content such as reports and activity inputs

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain the App
• Authenticate and manage user accounts
• Enable location-based check-in and geofencing validation
• Process uploaded files and images
• Store and display user-generated reports
• Send notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may share limited data with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver notifications.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted securely using encryption (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We retain user data as long as necessary to provide services. Uploaded files used for bulk import are processed temporarily and not stored.
